Pacific Gas and Electric Company is presenting their first data center course of 2011 on April 6th at the Pacific Energy Center in downtown San Francisco. I'll be supporting Mark Hydeman of Taylor Engineering, and Henry Coles of the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory as we discuss cooling options for data centers with high power densities.
Billed as an advanced level seminar, we'll present a range of high-density cooling solutions, comparative testing of leading products, and implementation case studies. We'll also look at heat recovery opportunities.
PG&E doesn't yet have the 2011 course schedule posted, so you can't register for the seminar just yet. I'll post a course link as soon as it is up.
